Application Review

Introductory Call
A brief chat with our HR team to understand your goals, interests, and to give you a peek into the role and life at Walkwel.
Role-Based Assessment
Depending on the role, this could be:
- A technical test (for developers/designers)
- A case study (for marketing, strategy, PMs)
- A portfolio review or task challenge
We're not here to trick you—we're here to understand how you think and solve.
Panel Interview
A deeper discussion with team leads or future teammates. We assess fit, mindset, domain understanding, and communication style.
Leadership Round
A final round with senior leadership to understand your aspirations and ensure culture alignment.
Offer & Onboarding
If everything aligns, we'll share a Letter of Intent (LOI)
confirming your selection.
Our onboarding process is designed to make you feel supported,
informed, and connected from Day One—so you can hit the ground
running.
Time to Offer: Usually 1-2 weeks after application.
